We have started the process and as far as we&#8217;re concerned we&#8217;re on the track to litigation&#8221;</em></p>
<p>Music piracy in China is a big problem for the music industry since it&#8217;s estimated that piracy rates in this field are up to 85 percent.</p>

<em>&#8220;Never in the history of recorded music has a popular music format been released that&#8217;s incompatible across vendors of playback devices.&#8221; </em></p>
<p>According to mr. Pakman DRM-protected mp3s causes confusion and dissatisfaction on the customers:</p>
